Return Policy
At Iggy’s Kicks, we hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at iggy@iggyskicks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
